BREAKFAST

2 sugar plums
Psyllium Husks
Detox Tea

LUNCH

Large salad (baby green leaf, 2 eggs, peppers, broccoli, celery)
Homemade vinaigrette

DINNER

Best “hot salad” in the world
Psyllium Husks
Detox Tea

Maybe some Kale Chips for snack?

Feeling amazing. Lots of energy. I have lose 9.2# as of this morning. I can tell that my clothes are a lot looser and John noticed yesterday that my face was thinner. Yesssaaa! One more day (Saturday) of detox and then Sunday is the cranberry juice fast. I am excited about it. I am thinking I am just going to keep eating like this after the detox is over with just a few additions.
