Day 6

BREAKFAST

1 apple
2 sugar plums
Detox Tea
Psyllium Husks

LUNCH
2 eggs (baked with s&p and nutritional yeast)


DINNER

1 piece of salmon
2 baby bok choys
2 portobellas
4 slices squash
onion
(all grilled)


*yummy veggies & fish wrapped in foil, plus Calebs burgers*

Grumpy grumpy grumpy today!! Don't know why? Down 10.2# now though! Tomorrow is the big fast day. Cranberry juice all day...
Today was our first Saturday without baseball so we just relaxed and did some back to school shopping. I tried to work in the garden for a bit, but it is overloaded with weeds. It needs a couple hours at least....booo!
